A Full And Final Solution To Terrorism In Jammu & Kashmir

HOW THE MODI GOVERNMENT CAN BRING AN END TO TERRORISM IN JAMMU & KASHMIR

KASHMIR IN POPULAR CULTURE - V/S- KASHMIR FROM ITS PAST

Roofs covered with White Snow, streets adorned by Trees with green leaves, and the lake inhabited by house-boats, is the only picture that comes to anybody's mind when he or she imagines Kashmir. But beyond all the serenity that anybody imagines, lie roofs that house the sounds of mourning of deaths, streets cleared off the leftover belongings of the Kashmiri Hindus evading Kashmir, and the waters turned red (given the bloodshed) that once inhabited the houseboats.

Beyond all the normal tourist activities in Kashmir, lie terrorist activites that can make anybody shiver with fear.

THE TERROR ACTIVITIES FROM ACROSS THE BORDER WILL NOT BE TOLERATED ANYMORE.

                     "यदा यदा हि धर्मस्य ग्लानिर्भवति भारत। अभ्युत्थानमधर्मस्य तदात्मानं सृजाम्यहम् ॥" 

"Whenever there is a decline of righteousness and an increase of unrighteousness, O Arjuna, then I manifest myself"

While the Modi Government has a ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY towards any form of Terrorism, it is the populace of Jammu & Kashmir that need to follow the footsteps of Modi Government.

Following are the Steps that can help the HINDUS of Jammu & Kashmir rid themselves of CROSS-BORDER TERRORISM :-

1. ARMY TRAINING FOR MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN which should include the training to shoot with modern rifles and / or pistols. These Men, Women and Children need not fire a single shot at anybody, they just need to learn how to operate these rifles and/or pistols.

2. These Men, Women, and Children should be provided with these arms by the Lt. Governor's officers. A mere possession of arms would work as a deterrence to TERRORISTS from across the border before they plan another Terrorist Activity in Jammu & Kashmir.

STEPS HOW THE MODI GOVERNMENT CAN SHIELD THE HINDUS OF JAMMU FROM FACING THE SAME FATE AS KASHMIR IN PROBABLE FUTURE

1. Since Hindus are a minority in the Union-Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, the Hindus must be provided with reservations in the Government Jobs in Jammu & Kashmir.

2. Promotions must be reserved for only those HINDU EMPLOYEES of the Government who attend military training everyday without fail, along with performing well at their jobs.

3. More and More Retired Army Personnel Families must be shifted into those houses of Kashmir that were left over after the Genocide and mass level escape from Kashmir of the Kashmiri Hindus. These officers must be settled in these houses as tenants and the Government, (on behalf of the Army Officer Families), should pay the rent to those Kashmiri Hindus who are no longer living in Kashmir, until and unless the respective Kashmiri Hindus return to their houses in Jammu & Kashmir.

4. In case of sale and purchase of lands in Jammu, the Hindus must be priortized for purchasing lands in Jammu, and the purchase must be discounted on a 25-25% basis by the Union Government and the J&K Government, bringing the cost for property in Jammu for Hindus who left Kashmir between 1989-1991 and the Hindus living in Jammu for more than 40 years to 50% of the price.

5. Properties in Jammu should have a reservation system for the J&K Minorities such as Sikhs, Jains, Buddhists, etc.

Unless and Until the Modi Government does not provide preferential treatment to Hindus and Minorities of J&K, it would never be able heal minorities rightfully that have lived amidst the horrors of Terror since INDIA'S FIRST WAR ON TERROR (1947-48). Otherwise, the Modi Government would be branded as yet another Government in the World that sidelines minorities, even if it is about the minorities of the Union-Territory of J&K.

MORE THAN THE HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE OF HINDUISM IN JAMMU & KASHMIR, THE GENOCIDE OF AND MASS-LEVEL ESCAPE FROM KASHMIR BY THE HINDUS MUST BE CONSIDERED THE GROUNDS FOR MY RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE MODI GOVERNMENT AS PART OF EFFORTS TO PREVENT JAMMU FROM FACING THE SAME FATE AS KASHMIR IN A PROBABLE FUTURE AND PREVENT TERROR ACTIVITIES IN KASHMIR.
